I'd like to have tivo control both a freeview box, and a telewest box
via dual source. TW would have to use RF as my freeview doesn't output RF.

This seems to be easy to setup for freeview + sky (probably most common)
or bizarrely sky + digital cable ...who'd need that?

but not freeview (digital terrestrial) and cable.

It seems you can't do this combination? One or the other is fine, just not together ?

I don't suppose there are any hacks for renumbering channels (not callsigns, just numbers)?

Great... I might be able to do a sky+freeview dual source setup, then change all the sky channels to cable numbers....

Nope. Can't do that as far as I know.

Erm, isn't that the point of the above posted channelmap? :confused:

i.e. to map a channel to a different number?

skyone ... 106 ->120
sci-fi ... 130 -> 135

[edit] Well I just installed the above tivoweb module, and as a quick test
changed the "god channel" from 279 to 286 (Men and motors).

IT DID WORK, but also changed another 10 channels too :

e.g.
Applying change for GOD 286 (Was 279) object 647/1423

Applying change for C4 854 (Was 104) object 647/1361
Applying change for FIVE 855 (Was 105) object 647/1362

so I know whats changed at least.

Think I'll go RTFM and a few threads on it now to fix what I've messed up, and what I did wrong :eek:
