Probably can't do this, but I am trying to run tivo desktop to serve music and photos from my Directivo...Can the program be run directly from a NAS drive bypassing the need to run a computer at all times? I am trying to get a simpleshare 160GB NAS drive to do this...
Thanks

analogkid12:
None of the DirecTV/Tivo DVRs support any networking or Tivo Desktop features without modifications. Search for the "zipper" thread in the Tivo Underground Forum.

Get a NAS you can run JavaHMO or Galleon from.

How would you setup JavaHMO or Galleon on the NAS? Heard of them, but do not know much about them...Links with good setup and info? I have a simpletech 160GB Nas drive, can they be run from this?
