Lost HMO and MRV after reset/delete

I have a couple of hacked Directv Philips 7000s that were working fine with both HMO and MRV. I ran the reset and delete on one of them and now I've lost the ethernet, HMO and MRV.

Can I get this back easily or is this a "back to square one" thing?
