I'm still on the 3.1.5f. I managed to yank my phone lines before my two HR10-250s got a 6.3 anything, so I have never had any audio drop-outs, spontaneous reboots, or any other problem that I am aware of (except for general slowness and no folders of course.)

I assume my boxes will get slower and slower right? So I will have to upgrade sometime. I see a lot of posts saying they aren't having problems with 6.3b, and I would assume that a lot of people who aren't having problems aren't posting their positive news. So I'm having a real problem keeping myself from plugging that phone line back in.

I'm torn. I could care less about folders, but I hate the daily nag screen, I hate the slowness, and generally I just don't want to worry about the update any more. What's my odds if I plug the phone lines back in? Is there any chance there will be a 6.3c or is Directv is done with the HR10? Just looking for opinions I guess.

My box has stabilized after an initial round of audio dropouts, shortened recordings and periodic reboots. I have an occasional system lockup that requires a hard reset, but that's about it. Overall, it's pretty stable now.

Well, from what I have read in other threads you won't get 6.3b if you lug back in anyhow. They removed it from the stream. At least that is how read some of the other threads. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

If true, does that mean I could plug back in and get rid of the nag messages at least? Or is that too risky, as they might restart the rollout at some point? (That's assuming that the 6.3b would break my boxes. I'm not at all sure that's the case.)
