Hello there... I started to receive 'Could not find your lineup!' messages. I tried to run the guided setup again (as suggested in another thread here - first Aerial only and then back to valid setup) but with not much luck!
Has anybody else experienced this?
Did the re-run of the guided setup really fix this?
If yes - how many times did you have to perform it? :(
Any feedback would be much appreciated!
Cheers...

I seem to remember reading in another thread that you also have to change your postcode to a different one that is definitely outside your area, ideally the other end of the country, and then re-run a second time with the correct configuration and postcode.
I could be wrong though. :)

How old is the Tivo and the hard drive?
There has to be something weird going on with the the Tivo database for all these Tivo users to be getting these same kinds of probem at once.

I did also hear about the postcode solution - and did this for the 'fake' aerial only setup.
TiVo's just been upgraded to two (!) 400GB drives, 500MB of RAM and a Network card with Wireless Apple Airport Express (sorry - I had to brag - I love my TiVo) . I managed to buy it off the shelf in a PowerHouse store three years ago.
I noticed the lineup message before I upgraded though! Also - there is no 'package' to select within the Messages & Seup -> My Preferences -> Customise Channels - but I suspect that this is normal!
Pete77 - is there a pattern emerging? To do with the TiVo servers?

PS: I'm using all this with a SKY Digi Box - the package available to select during my Guided Setup was 'BasicA'
