NFL Network is a standard D* channel. Some of the HD material is shown in 95 (including the regular season games they played on NFL Channel this year). Super Bowl week has a bunch of HD stuff so they are putting it on 95.

Channel 95 is often a broadcast of the regional sports networks. (like YES network) if you can get the game on the normal RSN, you will often get it on ch95 also.
