Help! My beloved HDTiVo died while the installer was switching out my old dish for the 5 LNB dish and putting in an HR-20 in another room. I was watching OTA during the install and after he reconnected everything, it slowly died. Lost one satellite feed, then the other, then the OTA. I can still play from the Now Playing list but nothing else. Is it a compatibility issue with the new dish? wiring issue? (I have the Zinwell 6x8 multiswitch) Please tell me my HDTivo can be revived or replaced!
I am pleased to see others are getting refurbs from D*; ps I am not a fan of the HR-20 so far.
