If you know where the packages reside, you can add the repositories to your yum config files, and then use yum to install the packages. it will automatically instally dependancies as well.

If your fedora installation didn't include wine, you should be able to install it via yum. It's a fedora supported package, IIRC.

Hey jamie check this site out Tutty (http://putty.dwalin.ru/) This gave me a eyebrow up but, it's a exe i havent tried it on my xp computer yet but, it would be cool to have serial enable thru this program.. Yum is pretty good I use the install method instead of installing rpm from the site. just to be on the safe side. Have you tried yumex yet ?
i've checked it out for a few days and seems pretty cool.. i just need to start finding where new rpm's are stored :)
