I am having issues with changing channels with my TiVo and my DirecTV box. I have the D11 model with DirecTV and the series 2 TiVo. I am connected through the IVR cables. It will work for a couple of days, but then when it tries to input a channel, ie 360, it will only put in 36. Or when I try to go to channel 2, it will only put in 0. I am using the 10074 code and have used all three letters. Is there something goofy with TiVo and DirecTV that I am not aware of? Any information would be helpful. Thanks.

Check for that receiver in this thread.

The D11 does have a problem.
Also, this forum is really for the combination DirecTV with TiVo receiver. The standalone TiVo forums may be of more help.

I had the same setup as you, a Directv D11-100 and Series 2 Tivo.
The 10074 Code is correct, but it does not matter which of the 3 Letters you use: A, B, C it makes no difference.
After trying unsuccessfully for 2 Weeks, I switched out the Receiver for an RCA DRD420RE. It is an older Directv Receiver, but can use the Home Control Cable.
Now I have no problems.
So, now I have an RCA DRD420RE with tivo downstairs and the Directv D11-100 Upstairs by itself. Sorry, but it appears the D11 has problems changing channels with Tivo.

I have Standard Direct TV box (D-11 model-100) and had channel changing problems until a tech (TIVO) told me to put the IR emitters side by side on the bottom, aligned with the sensor on the Direct TV box. Solved channel changing problem. Good Luck
