Last night my Tivo was working fine. This morning everything I do is delayed. I rebooted the Tivo and it didnt help. I tried deleting some programs and it deleted a couple and then would not delete the others. It says its deleting them but they dont delete. Now when I reboot it says that it cannot find my program information even though it can see all 3 satellites. All I can do now is to watch recorded programs but with a 3-5 second delay every 5-10 seconds.
I upgraded the HD from the 30 or 40GB drive it came with (to a 200GB drive) a year ago and have never had an issue until this morning.
One possible note of interest - The DVR did do a data upgrade this morning at 2:36am. I called directTV and they say that they have no reports of any wide-spead issues.
