Can't delete suggestions

I had suggestions turned on and now two of those programs look like they are still recording when they really aren't - the red dot showing - and cannot be deleted. Won't play either. I've tried rebooting but that doesn't help. Any suggestions?

Reboot (reset) should fix it.

Pull the plug "reboot" if the menu "reset" doesn't.

If rebooting didn't help like you said and it bothers you, do a Clear and Delete Everything from the Restart menu. You will lose everything... all recordings, season passes, thumbs and have to start again with guided setup.

I had this happen to me a few times. I discovered that the root cause appears to be suggestions (or wish lists) that record from a channel I do not receive (but is checked in the "channels I receive" list).

Rebooting the receiver cleared the condition for me, but as an added step, note which channel the suggestion was being recorded from, and then after the reboot make sure to uncheck that from the "channels you receive".

This appears to be a recent change in behavior - I used to have wishlists that would pick up PPV events, and I had not seen this happen untila month or two ago.

Those recording were from channels that I don't really receive but are on that list. I'll try unpluging to reboot and see what happens. Not really necessary I guess.
