Upgrading a Series2 from two drives to one

I am preparing to attempt to upgrade my original Series 2 stand alone TiVo from two 160 GB drives to a single 300 GB drive. I am not worried about keeping any of the recordings on the current drives, just the OS, seup, season passes, etc.

Can anyone point me at some comprehensive instructions for going from two drives to one larger one?
