"Additional Receiver"

Hello all,
All my DTivo are owned.
On my bill it states "Additional Receiver" for all the units.
My questions is: is an additional receiver considered owned?

Just had this discussion today with a DTV rep. Additional receiver is considered owned equipment. It would say "Leased Equipment" if it were not owned. The additional receiver fee is what they sock you with per receiver (so I am told - mirror fee).

Yes, the "mirror fee" will show up as "Additional Receiver" for owned units, "Leased Receiver" for leased units.

Yes, in fact I just got off the phone with the CSR. I activated a new(-ish) DSR-708 on my account last week. It appeared on my account as "Leased Receiver". So I called DTV, they transferred me to the Access Card Division where they changed it over to "Additional Receiver".

I saved $0.06 in taxes in doing so.
