Hello,
I have a Toshiba RS-TX20 and from time time some of the buttons stop responding, including the guide. Unplugging the tivo and plugging it back in usually works to reboot the system and get the buttons working again, however I have just done that and pressing guide still does not bring up the guide. I know the button is working because it will still bring me back to live TV from the tivo menu and from a DVD. Does anyone have any advice with this problem? I need to record some shows shortly :(
