So I received a new TiVo message on 1/17 stating that "A lineup change has occurred" and explaining that "The TiVo service has detected a change in your lineup. Deleted: 2 SHOW, 3 HBO."
So now HBO and Showtime are gone from my lineup and I am no longer able to record shows on those channels. That'd be fine if those channels were actually gone from my cable service, BUT THEY ARE NOT. My other non-TiVo TVs in the house, which have the same cable provider, get Showtime (Ch.2) and HBO (Ch.3) just fine right now. FWIW I have Comcast extended basic in the Washington, DC area.
I've submitted a report to TiVo's lineup folks (online) and received a confirmation e-mail that the report went in, but what else can I be doing to fix this? Is there a manual work-around? Thanks in advance.
