HELP getting tivo and satellite on same input

If you only have one input on the TV, you need to get an A/V switchbox.

So if I get that box what hookups will I change? yes, the only a/v hookup I have on my tv is vidio input. this box will make it so I could hook the tivo to a satelite input on my tv?
