I did the 15 day trial of My DVD with no luck. Everytime it would move right along (slowly, but moving) until the "writing files" part. I contacted Roxio support and was told that I did not have the latest version therefore I could not receive support. Now, I think it's crazy that TiVo would send people to Roxio's website to download a free trial with not tech support.
So, next I tried Nero, downloaded a trial of the Nero 7 something with the Nero Vision. It pops up with an error right away. I saved the log files. Here's what the errors say:

[21:57:23] DVDEngine cause: 26 (empty_disc)
[21:57:23] DVDEngine source: IDVDSessionBaseImpl
[21:57:23] DVDEngine description: Disc is unformatted.
ERROR
[22:05:11] DVDEngine cause: 129 (neroapi_call_failed)
[22:05:11] DVDEngine source: NeroTEMPVMGIServicesPrepareMedium() returned an error condition
[22:05:11] DVDEngine description: _DVDVFRService::PrepareMedium()
I'm lost, this is over my head. I need help with this.
