Has anyone received resolution on the transfer problem (Tivo to PC) that is occurring with the 8.1-01-2-540 update? I've contacted the TiVo "helpless" desk on numerous occasions since I first started seeing the issue (prior to Christmas), but I get the same 'ol run-around......."it is a known problem, and we are working on it". You would think that this would have been thoroughly tested prior to rolling it out to the masses.
Anyway, enough of my venting......any assistance would be appreciated.
By the way, I have a TDC540040 and a TDC540080 that this is occurring with.
