View Full Version : Guide just says regular schedule

Three days ago I hooked up a new antenna to my series 3 and did a channel scan. I found two additional hd channels that the old antenna had not picked up. Now the guide for those channels lists the correct call letters for the channel but no program guide info. It just says regular schedule. The tivo has connected 3 times over the network but no guide info for those channels. I did add them on the channel list as channels I receive but don't know what else to do. One of them is the channel that Gilmore Girls is on and I want to be able to record it in HD but the "find programs to record" won't find it on that channel because the guide doesn't have the program schedule. Any suggestions?

Rerun guided setup.

Make sure when it asks the first time what a specific channel is, just pick the first option. Like, if it asks what Channel 35 is, I'd pick the option that says "Channel 35 is LOCAL ACCESS 35."

Then give it some time and let it index the guide data. You should have it in a couple hours.

This isn't going to help, as the OP said he's having problems with an antenna channel. The antenna lineup is just based on the zip code. So, you need to fill out the form to get the guide data updated:

I did guided setup and those two antenna channels are not listed after I do that. Repeated channel scan again and "new" channels detected and I add to the list but no guide data listed. I did follow link from above posting and tivo says allow 3-5 days for response. Has anyone had tivo fix this kind of issue? Thanks for all of the help!
