:up: I finally pulled the trigger and purchased 2 TiVo S3s and VIP transferred my lifetimes. Cable guy came over and installed 2 Cablecards in each S3 (total 4) in 1 hr (including his callback to central station to book the cards)! Looks awesome and thanks for all the info on this forum to help with my decission! :)
