I have recived a message "Program info has run out" I can't find out how to fix this, I've been on hold with Tivo for 45 minutes now.

Are you getting your program info via the internet or do you have your Tivo plugged into a phone line?

I'm not picking on the OP here. But, this is a case where new member training would have helped.
