series 3 with time warner

does anyone in newark ohio have the series 3 , with time warner cable cards? how much does it cost for all the programming they offer on the cards? how is the pic quality? compared to there hd dvr ? anyone who can help on this matter, will be greatly appreciated.

I'm not in Newark, but in Cincy, it's the cost of the basic digital service, plus $2.50 for each card you get (so $5 for an S3) to get basic HD and digital channels. I get the optional HD package that adds (in addtional to the HD locals) ESPN HD, TNT HD, Discovery HD Net, InHD, HD Net Movies, and HD Net for, I think, $10.
