Slow UI when pulling up recorded program details.

I've noticed this from the beginning, but am just getting around to posting about it now. The S3 UI is snappy and all, but it takes nearly a second to see a recorded programs details when I go into its screen. I look on my S2's, and its much quicker.

Has anybody else noticed this? At the moment, my S3 has a lot more guide data than my S2 (since the S2 is just for analogs now). Is this why? It's a little annoying.

If nobody else sees this, then maybe I'll post a video.

Yup. You're right. And, I think, the longer the recording, the longer it takes to transition. I mostly notice paging through the GUIDE is exremely slow. Everything seems a tad slower than the S2 since I increased the size of my HDD to 500 GB. But nowhere as bad as the Series 2 was right after the Kidzone "downgrade".

I'm sorry if this seems harsh but, A SECOND , really your complaining about A SECOND.

After my tivo series2 got the 9.3 software update, it takes 8-14 seconds to load the program details. I used to work in 1-2 seconds.


So one last thing, HOW do you notice the difference between 'nearly a second' and any faster?
