SERIES 1 biggest hard drive

What is the biggest drive I can put put in a series 1 tivo? I am looking to use the machine as a surveillance DVR. Any suggestions on which model I could modify to give me the most recording time? thanks

You could put in a 750GB, but you would need to use the modified kernel. This can be done using the free LBA48 boot CD from dvrupgrade.com.

Because they are cheap and it has the cool TiVo interface (and sounds) :D
