Ok, it is pretty clear something or someone screwed up the PVR service in the HR10-250. Consider this, I read there are 2 Million HR10-250s and these people spends on average $90 a month on their bill. That's $180 million monthly revenue for people with the Hr10-250. If 10% of these people consider this the last straw and quit thats an $18 million a month screwup. Heck even if only 1% leave that is $1.8 million dollar a month screwup. I work for a Fortune 500 company, if I was responsible for this I would be fired and so would all levels of management above me right up to the VP I reported to.
How this could have been happening for the last two weeks is beyond me. God help them if this happened during sweeps.....
