After 6 months of working fine my TIVO can no longer receive program information. Customer support tells me it is caused by cable phone and internet service. What do I need to get get to go through the internet? I don't have wireless internet service.

How are, or were you connecting?
Do you have wired phone?
What do you have for highspeed internet?

I was connecting through a phone line through my cable company.
I get my TV, phone and Internet from the cable company (Cablevision - Optimum Online)
