Man vs. Wild not listed

I've seen commercials, read reviews in magazines and gone to the fan site on the Discovery channel website for the show "Man vs. Wild", but it doesn't appear anywhere on my TiVo listings.

It's supposed to air on Fridays at 9pm ET/PT. I've searched in every way possible both via my box and online.

Has anyone found this show? I'd really like to see it!

After further investigation on the show's fan site, I found that the program is taking a break for a couple of weeks. The last episode aired the other day (on Jan 6th) and the next one will air on Jan 26th which does not show up on the TiVo guide listings yet.

Oh well, I'll just have to wait!

Good to know. I caught one episode of this show during the NYE weekend and I really enjoyed it. I think I'll enjoy it more with no commercials. I'll make sure to make a WishList for it.

In the meantime, you might find some episodes of "Survivorman" currently on the schedule. It's very similar. I think my wife fancies Bear on Man Vs. Wild a bit more though, not that she'd admit it. :)

Then again, that might have changed when he squeezed the liquid out of an elephant turd. I don't think he was quite that desperate yet. I'm not sure there even IS a quite that desperate. :)
