phone connect not working, have verizon voip service and fios.

ever since i switched to fios and verizon voIP, i haven't been able to make a call to my directv HD250. It either comes up failed when dialing or after changing the prefixes several times, comes up with a failed, phone is busy message. I am so pissed because i can't get the new software upgrade. Please anyone with an idea? thanks, jim.Phone won't connect with verizon fios w/ voIP.

Same problem Jim...I think we need a 10 digit number and it's only dialing a 7 digit
