So I finally broke down and ordered Desktop Plus. I put in all the information, hit submit, and was given a 404 page. No e-mail about anything, no confirmation. I checked my bank account and I was charged for it. I've emailed Customer Service about it, and they claim it wasn't completed and that I wasn't charged, now they want proof of payment. Why is there no way to look up a charge on their end? The money HAD to go somewhere, so why can't they look and see that so and so card was charged on so and so date?

Anyway, anyone have any ideas? Anyone run into this before? HELP!
