How long does it usually take for it to process? It's been over two months, and I'm still stuck on the last "rebate mailed" step in my online tracking.

What have other customer experiences been like in terms of the rebate wait?

The rebate is usually "approved" one month after activation. About one more month to reach the "rebate mailed" stage. Up to another month after the "mailing date" for you to receive the check.

Usually it take the full 12 weeks (3 months). I had one rejected and resubmitted and it took a total of 18 weeks (4.5 months) They are not quick but if you have everything done correctly you will get it.

I sent mine in about a month or so ago, they just got approved last week, so something maybe be wrong with yours.

i sent mine w/ a delivery confirmation so i knew when they got them. did you happen to?

I'm not sure if you're referring to my submission, but in my original post I mentioned I'm waiting on the "rebate mailed" step. It'd been approved a while back. I did not do delivery confirmation.

I would have thought the longest part was the approval process, not the cutting the check and mailing it out.

ohhh guess I misread that then. I think they always like to hold onto your money for a while before the send it out (maybe a months worth of interest) who knows.

but prob 4-6 weeks from now.

Mine took almost 5 weeks from the point it said "rebate mailed". Might have had a little to do with the post office though, because when I got the check it was a little mangled.

I've had a disaster on my rebate. It was approved and mailed on 11/16, I contacted them on 12/16 since I hadn't received it. They cancelled that one and reissued another one.

The new one was mailed on 12/19 and I haven't received it yet. I contacted them today (1/9) and they told me I have to wait 30 days from mailing and then submit another request for a reissue.

They have my correct and complete address. I don't think they should make me wait a full 30 days again as this cycle may never end! I replied to their response that I would have to wait till 1/19 and asked if they can send the next one via a trackable method, and of course I didn't receive a reply.

Their "mailing date" may not be the actual mailing date. Wait 10 more days to see if you get it.
