Tivo-branded dual remote control

A couple of years ago I bought a pair of remote controls from Tivo. On an ordinary remote (Tivo or D*) the switch toggles between DVR and TV switch control; on these remotes, the switch is simply labeled 1 and 2, allow one remote to control two Tivos.

I need another, but they are no longer available on the Tivo store, and I can't find one on eBay. Anybody got one lying around they'd like to sell?
