I leave it on NBC HD when I turn the tv off !!!! It has happened now on 2 of my 4 boxes- and the one box repeatedly- Totally wierd - It is nothappening if I leave it on any other channel ! Anyone else noticed this ?

Is NBC OTA or from DirecTV?

Maybe your HD TiVo gets lonely.
