Hi,
Lost my manual so maybe someone can help. Just got an HDMI equipped pre/pro (Lex MC-12 HD). No luck on the HDMI port from the 10-250. Aware that these are often shipped dead but my "System Information" page shows "HDMI status as HDCP not enabled."
Is that because it's not working or do I need to turn it on. Don't see a menu option.

Thanks

There is no option. Does it work when connected directly to the TV? Some intermediate devices (perhaps your Lexicon) have problems properly relaying HDMI signals. And as I found a year ago, some TVs have problems with HDMI.

Could be either. Be sure your set's HDMI is enables (if required) and your cable is good. When my HDMI died last year, I got the same Tivo status message.

Thanks. Probably a dead card. All the other HDMI devices working well with the Lex. and monitor.
