Hr 10-250 with Tivo and internet

Is there a way to update the tivo via the internet? I bought a linksys usb to eithernet adapter. I put the prefix ,#401

It starts but then says no dial tone.

If you go back to the phone connection page, it says it was Successful, but I'm sure it wasn't. It only said dialing for about 1 minute and never said connected.

Any help would be great.

To get the HR10 to use the internet to connect to the TiVo service the unit must be hacked. Search Goggle for "tivo zipper" for a tool to use. And go to deal database dot com slash forum for support.
