I'm having a stubborn issue with one channel not appearing to be authorized (http://www.tivocommunity.com/tivo-vb/showthread.php?t=334939). I tried pulling the cards out and then putting them back in. That didn't help (and fortunately it didn't hurt either), but afterwards it wanted to redo Guided Setup.
All the channels looked right, but I think the channel info comes from the cards. So I allowed it to do so, but is it really necessary to repeat GS if the cards are just removed and put back in?
