Does series3 have the built-in webserver?

LIke the series2, can i pull up a web page from the Series3 and see what is currently recorded. ?

webserver, yes. Http to the box and I see the 'Congratulations' screen.

If I try https://TIVOIP/nowplaying/index.html, I get a 403 forbiden screen in IE.

On the S2 I get prompted for the login to see the now playing list.

So what's the MAK for the Series 3 boxes? They're not listed on the System Information screens like they are for the Series 2....

The MAK is an account level number - it's the same for every Tivo on your account (it's how the Tivo knows that the show transfered to it is from another Tivo on your account and not from a random guy on the internet).

If you only have an S3, there may not be a way to get it, since it isn't used.

If you have an S2, go to "Manage My Account" and there will be a link there.

Thanks, now I know my MAK. However, I haven't found anything useful on the web server that the S3 offers - not even a login page for the MAK. nowplaying and a bunch of the S2 pages aren't there on the S3. Are you aware of any non-default pages that actually do anything?

with the exception of the Welcome page, all the pages you might find on the TiVo are related to transferring from TiVo to another device.

So, until TTG and/or MRV exist, there's no need for the pages... so they don't exist.
