View Full Version : Keep losing 30 second skip - anyone else?

I seem to re-programming the 30-second skip on my DTiVo almost daily. I don't think I'm losing power - the rest of the house is fine and I checked the plug and it's stable. Is anyone else having to re-program the feature regularly?
It has been happening on my HR10-250 as well, but not as frequently, I can almost presume that's from reboots, failures or recently software upgrades. But the regular DTiVo seems to be having a more serious problem. Any thoughts greatly appreciated.

This will happen after a reboot that you weren't watching. Happens to me every day lately.

Send an email to DirecTv... the more complaints, the faster they
will work on a solution (well... maybe... who knows with DirecTv)
