I have an old Hughes SD-DVR80 without a hard drive that I want to get rid of.
If anyone in the Chandler, Arizona area would like to meet me for pick up, let me know. I am interested in giving it away - I don't want anything for it - all that I ask is that I don't have much hassle or have to drive far to meet you.
It has the access card and the screws to mount the hard drive in it. It also includes the original remote and power cord.
There is a minor flaw with the video output - it seems that there are faint red vertical lines (like stripes) down the image. The stripes are faint and faded - you can still see the image. It is most noticable on black and white shows. It can be best described as looking like a rainbow down the screen, but only with the red showing up. :) Someone may be able to fix it by messing with the video section of the mainboard.
I figured someone may want this for the case, extra parts or whatever. It has just been sitting in a closet since I took the hard drive out to use for other purposes.
