Wish list says no programs to record

My direct tv dvr with tivo wish list is showing no programs to record. I know that there are programs as my other machine is showing. When I called Direct TV they said they are aware of the problem but that it is really Tivo's problem. They are working on a fix but might not be able to find a solution and that it is not there problem. Also my other recorder might do the same thing.

Is anyone else having this or heard of this problem???
