R10 problem, please advise

My R10 has been great until recently. At random times about half the screen pixelizes/scrambles for a second and then goes back to normal. The signal strength and connections are good. I haven't kept up to date with the forums. Is this happening to everyone or is there a problem with mine? My RCA DVR39 never did this (and still doesn't. It's upstairs in the bedroom).
