New DTivo Activation

I'm about to add an additional DSR-704 to my account with DTV.
Wasn't it possible to activate a new receiver through the web site at one time?
Can this still be done, or do I need to call and talk with a CSR (shudder)?

You now have to call to activate a receiver.

Oh, and I don't recall being able to activate a reciever online.
It would be a good idea though.
