I have a Sony DirecTV Series 1 TiVo (SAT-60) and in the last few days I noticed that the unit keeps losing most programs that are set up to record. When I search using an actor keyword, it doesn't find any actors. When I search using Upcoming Programs, it displays that there are no upcoming shows even though I see the shows in the program guide.
All except one of my season passes show any upcoming programs.
I'm not sure how I'm getting the programs back. I reset the unit, force it to make a daily call and an hour or two later the programs come back.
Does anyone know what causes this?
Note: I upgraded my hard disk to 123 hours a few months ago, and this is the first time that I'm having problems.
I've had the unit for almost 7 years. Is it dying?
