This is my problem. I'm running Vista and the Tivo is not seeing my computer. I think this is the problem. On XP TivoBeacon.exe normally runs as a system process whereas it runs as a user process on Vista. When I check the task manager I do not see TivoBeacon.exe under system processes but when I click show all processes from all users I now see Tivo Beacon.exe. Anyone know how to get it to run as a process?
