RC32 Remote

After searching I haven't found a solution to my situation. I have purchased a RC32 remote and am not able to program my Directv10. I am able to program the TV set but it ends there. Anyone have bad news for me.
Also, My phone stopped connecting to the web, I have tested the other end with a phone and that works so it can only be a TiVo problem I guess. :confused:

Is this a Dtivo? then the codes are 01442 & 01142. And under av1 or av2 codes 20739 & 20618.

I;m not sure what Dtivo is but I will try your numbers now. Here's hoping . . . :)
