I just got a Series 2 w/ Dual Tuner, and I'm trying to set it up.
Digital cable is coming through and recording just fine. But it's saying it can't get a signal from Basic Cable. I'm sure I've hooked it up correctly.
The Tivo Support guy says it's a bug in v 7.2.5 or whatever, but my Tivo doesn't seem to be updating!
Any ideas on this? My cable provider is Time Warner in Austin, TX
