I got my Series 3 on thrusday, had the installed come out Friday.
He put them in all that, said everything was fine would take awhile for tchannels to show up and left. He said he's done like 30 of these tivo's, so I figured ok, stupid on my part.
The channels have never come in yet, and they claim they can't do anything on the phone.
Here is what my CP screen says.
Auth Staus: Waiting for CP Auth.
Did they just forget to auth the cards or what? On the phone they say all they can do is try to send a signal and that fails, and I tell them this that and the other, they say sorry we dont know much about cablecards must send a tech all we can do is what they tried.
Is there anything I can call back and tell them to do? what that means [i assume they never paired the card with my account or something]. Or do I really have to wait till tuesday to get my digital channels [at least Discovery HD comes in, lol].
