Has anyone posted or will someone post what all the information in the "status" screen of the Comcast SA cablecards mean and what the implications of the different statuses mean?
For example, What are EMC's and what does it mean when the EMC count is 0? Does that mean you need Comcast to "hit" the card again or replace the card.
Thanks!!

I think you're referring to ECMs (Entitlement Control Message). Those (along with EMMs) are the packets of data that "tell" your cable cards what channels you subscribe to. If your ECM count stays at 0 for very long, you won't have any of your channels.
The ECM and EMM count are good places to look if your troubleshooting provisioning problems with your cable company.

Thanks for the reply but would still like to to find out more about all the different information displayed on the status screen.
Does anyone know of a posting from someone else or on the internet that describes what all the SA cablecard status screen fields mean?

Not that I know of, but this article does a pretty good job of describing how they work with the ECMs and EMMs.
