I have an .iso file made in DVDstyler, when I try to burn a DL-DVD using imgBurn, I get this error (or close to it, I didn't write it down):

"Optimal L1 Data Zone Start LBA: Not Found
The image was not correctly mastered for burning onto a double layer (OTP Track Path). None of the cells meet the 'dvd specification criteria' for a potential layer break position. "

Anyone know if this is something in IMGburn or DVDstyler?

I go from Tivo desktop>VideReDo>DVDstyler>imgBurn.

Sounds like a DVDStyler problem to me. For a DVD to work with dual layer media there has to be a break point somewhere in the DVD structure so the burning application knows where to stop the first layer and start the second. Actually this could be a dvdauthor* problem. I'm not sure if it is even capable of producing dual layer DVDs.

* dvdauthor is the commandline program DVDStyler uses to function

What authoring software is out there that can create a layer break?

I'm facing the same issue.
Using the same method as Dae06.
How do you "Pros" do it?

To be honest I've never actually burned a dual layer DVD. When I can get single layer DVDs for $0.30 each it has always seemed silly to spend $2 on a dual layer disk. I've considered getting a couple just to try them out, but I've yet to do it.
