View Full Version : Hr10-250 issues when changing channel

as of today when I change my channel lets say from 212 to 325, I get a blank screen for about 8-10 seconds before the channel appears, this does not happen all the time, anyone experience this?

What software version does it have?
I'm still on 6.3a and don't see this problem.

What dish do you have? Is there another multiswitch in use?
I ask, because it's possible that the multiswitch is not switching to the proper LNB polarity quickly for the channels change. Do some experimenting to see what combinations of channel changes make this happen.

its all channels now, I unplugged my receiver for about 30 sec and rebooted and it seems to be fine now, well see

also there is no other multiswitch in use. thanks Jim
