Recent Update?

I noticed last night something that I never saw before. When I changed channels there was a little box in the upper right hand corner that told me my channel # and the name. I have two DirecTV Tivos and checked the other and it was doing the same thing. Did directv send me an update? I looked at the series OS # but not sure if it change? I didn't see any other posts commenting about an update coming out.

What model Directv Tivo do you have?? Hard to give you and answer not knowing what model you have. There are some updates being sent out for some models.

I'm pretty sure that was always there. Just Channel name, number and logo right? You can adjust how long it hangs around under settings>channels>channel banner.

I think you might be able to adjust the level of detail but I couldn't find that in five miuntes of playing with it.

The channel info banner has three sizes with differing amounts of info. If you right arrow during a program (I think that is the key), it shows the banner. Press it again before the banner goes away and it changes size. Whatever size it was last at is the size it comes up the next time.
